RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns:

Refunds:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or if they have been personalized or customized specifically for you. These items include but are not limited to: earrings, underwear, and customized products.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
